How much does it cost to record a discharge in Massachusetts?

The actual cost to record a mortgage discharge, or assignment of mortgage varies among the various County Registry of Deeds in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Rather than try to explain how each Registry has reached its fees, it is easier to just post them here.

Please note that all registries are split between LAND COURT and RECORDED LAND. Unless you are certain that your document is to be filed with LAND COURT, go with the higher fees listed for the RECORDED SIDE.
