Helping Homeowners, Realtors, and Real Estate Attorneys
Solve Title Exam Issues.
I took the MA bar exam in February, 2013 and recently received news that I was successful. This exam brings to an end my path to achieve a goal that I have had in mind for the last decade, to obtain a license to practice law.
With the great news that I will be admitted to practice law in June, 2013, it will also give me an opportunity to shift my focus to future career endeavors.
For the time being, rest assured that I plan on continuing to dedicate time to my services of assisting clients in resolving title issues by obtaining confirmatory and missing mortgage discharges, and assignments.
As I evaluate new potential career paths, I will continue to take into account my commitment to provide services to my community.
If you have any opportunity that you would like to discuss feel free to contact me. I can be reached at Mortgagedischarge@gmail.com, or at 617-237-0729.
I am an independent thinker, committed to providing exceptional professional services, and willing to work hard to earn your trust and respect.
I must apologize that I may have been unavailable for the last few days. It has been a crazy schedule getting ready for the Massachusetts Bar Exam, but I can finally say I am done….well almost; I still need to wait for the results.
There is nothing more exhilarating then finally reaching the end of a long term goal. I have learned that if you work hard enough you can reach your goals, with patients, time and effort. I must now wait on the results.
I am looking forward to the opportunity to announce confirmation that I passed in the near future, that is my great hope. But, I have also learned that sometimes it takes more than one try to get through.
In my life, I have had to try more than once to obtain the things I wanted:
- I have a driver’s license, class D, and it took me three times;
- I have a bus driver’s license, class B, and it took me twice;
- I have my motorcycle’s driver’s license, class M, and it only took me one try.
I really hope I am getting better at achieving my next goal, of a passing the bar, after only one try.
So, now I await the bar results, and hopefully the news I get are those of success!!
From past experience, I have noticed that many clients who contact me do so at the very last minute when they don’t know where else to turn. This is where my current knowledge and experience can help solve your problems. I don’t have all the answers, but with my knowledge and experience I have become familiar with the quickest and most efficient way to determine which lender may be responsible for issuing a release (your missing mortgage discharge).
